Add to Cart Redirect for WooCommerce

Sends visitor after adding to cart directly to checkout, or to terms and conditions, or a mandatory form, or automatically adds a gift. Note: this plugin is, as far as I know, not suitable to send the visitor after adding to cart directly to an external product or checkout page.
