WordPress website help: rebuild and fix

Do you need a WordPress website expert?

Rebuild or restyle your website, modernize and improve the technical foundation, and make your site superfast.
Once it’s done, you’ll have a fast, robust, and reliable website.
When your current website is based on a classic or FSE WordPress theme, rebuilding or restyling is even easier.
Rebuilding can be done preserving the style and content like images and text you currently have. But it will be better, faster, more reliable and function 100% on mobile.

Implementing custom fields.
Create a new post type, not just pages and blog posts. For example, staff, members, events, or whatever you require.
Helping out with creating decent forms that really work.

Yes, sometimes things just don’t work. Maybe you built the website yourself or your designer has disappeared into thin air.
Forms that are not properly created tend to malfunction or worse; make the submitted forms disappear… they never arrive in your mailbox.
The WordPress theme is outdated and needs to be replaced with another theme.
One or more plugins are not working properly and need to be fixed.

You are not alone. Numerous websites are not correctly configured for e-mail.
Form submissions are not arriving in your mailbox, or they are arriving in your mailbox but not in your visitors’ mailbox!
The website might be fine, or not, but even normal e-mails you send are not arriving in the clients’ mailbox.
You like to send and receive emails with your domain, like info@mydomainname.com, and need help.
You are switching domains or website and like to transfer all e-mails from an old account to the new email account.
Furthermore, you like to have your mailbox independent; not connected to the same hosting as your website. So, when you change website hosting or even hosting platforms, it does not affect your email functionality.
What the hack is SMTP? Your emails don’t work as they should, and you require an SMTP account for that. We will help you with that, no problem.

Someone told you that your DNS, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records need to be fixed, and you don’t know how.
Nowadays (since mid-2025) your DNS records, such as DKIM, SPF, and DMARC, must be configured correctly. Otherwise, emails won’t arrive. Often they won’t even reach the spam folder. I can fix that.

You like to guarantee the visitors’ privacy. In other words, don’t send all details of all visitors to Google.
I can install a special analytics system on your website. All the details you require, and still respecting the visitors’ privacy.
The analytics system I use works with Google Ads, tracks all conversions and still respects the visitors’ privacy.
For German or Germany-focused websites: make sure your fonts are preloaded so you are not fined.

You decided you want or need an online shop on your website.
I use WooCommerce (the most used and compatible shopping cart system).
A straightforward shop for products, or maybe not so straightforward: you don’t like words like ‘product’ and prefer terminology like courses or services.
An online shop with a shopping cart and checkout (payment page) completely tailored to your needs.
Implementing a payment provider (like Mollie).
The single product page can be fully customized to your wishes.
You require one or more extra fields on the checkout page.
You already have a WooCommerce online shop but need to improve the presentation of your products or services.

I provide maintenance on an annual basis, or you can hire me for a specific task.
In some cases, I can tell you exactly what it will cost. Other jobs depend on what I encounter, or how someone else created your website. In those cases, I’ll give you a minimum and maximum price.
You have no obligations afterward. Task completed, I’ll send you a final invoice, and that’s it.
If you are not a regular customer, a prepayment is required.

I work with prepaid credit bundles.
